Review of Chesington World of Adventure
Chesington is a great place to visit with the family as it has a little something for everyone. It has a good selection of rides for adults and children from the "Vampire" rollercoaster and "Dragons Fury" to "Rattle Snake" and "Scorpion Express". There is a good selection of flat rides also such as the spinning disc ride "Kobra" which is the best of its kind I have ridden.
Chesington is not only a theme park but also has a zoo and its own Sealife centre. Some of the rides have combined the 2 together with a monorail which travels over the animal enclosures and also the 2013 addition of "Zufari" where you ride on trucks and travel amongst some of the animals such as Zebras, girraff and Rhino. You get to stop and take some pictures before entering a dark cave where water starts to gush in.
There is a range of eating places at the park, from Burger Kitchen to All you can eat Pizza Pasta. The prices in these are not too steep but still a little more than on the high street. Also as this is a Merlin park, if you have an annual pass then you get 20% off food and merchendise, Plus you can purchase drinks capsules for around £6 and have unlimited refills all day so could save you a fortune. One down side to Chesington is that even though you pay over £40 to enter, you also have to pay for parking.
On the whole it is a good day out for the whole family and remember if you are visiting then there are plenty of 2 for 1 vouchers out there on crisps and cereals etc or vouchercodes.co.uk just to ease the strain off your wallet/purse.
