CBeebies Land Hotel opening at Alton Towers

 

A new CBeebies Land Hotel designed exclusively for youngsters is opening at Alton Towers.

The new hotel will be built near CBeebies Land which was launched at Alton Towers Resort two years ago.

The fully themed hotel will be spread over four floors and will feature CBeebies Bugbies, Something Special and Swashbuckle designed rooms.

Kids will also be able to enjoy music, stories and adventures in the dedicated entertainment area will offer hosted activities as well as self-play.

 

So what else can you expect?

The hotel will feature 76 rooms including a restaurant and all rooms in the CBeebies Land Hotel are designed with a separate area for children and parents and include a children’s entertainment wall with interactive play items such as activity tables for drawing and playing.

With a range of rooms designed to sleep up to seven people, CBeebies Bugbies will adorn the standard rooms while premium rooms will have a variety of themes including Something Special, Swashbuckle and more.

In keeping with the design aimed at young children, every room will have toddler friendly features such as bathroom steps to the sink, children’s toilet seats, baby baths and a cot.

The hotel will also house five fully accessible rooms which have been designed to take into account the needs of those with special requirements.

 

Will the kids be entertained?

On arrival youngsters will be greeted by the CBeebies Land plane and a brightly coloured lit rainbow archway.

In the whimsical reception area they can play with the CBeebies Bugbie storybook feature with interactive lights and audio.

With live shows, story time, character meet and greets and CBeebies games to play, the fun is endless at the CBeebies Land Hotel.

 

How much is it?

Rooms start from £200 based on four people sharing includes breakfast and all the entertainment across the hotel. Guests will also get priority access to CBeebies Land.

Guests will be able to book hotel and theme park tickets packages together with a reduced price on tickets plus offers including entry into the theme park for two days for the price of one.

Gill Riley, marketing director at Alton Towers Resort, said: "Little ones will be mesmerised with the sounds, colours, entertainment and of course their favourite characters that will feature throughout the hotel. Families really will be able to spend an amazing short break immersed in the world of CBeebies."

The CBeebies Land Hotel will join existing accommodation including Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings and the Enchanted Village development of woodland lodges and luxury treehouses.
